Each volume contains a large section of plates black and white plates, a few color plates, some double page plates and a few fold outs. Revious owner's neat inscription and ink stamps indicationg that this set once belonged to. Ne plate in the third volume is detached and repaired, a large piece of a fold out in volume three is detached, a few small tears, front hinge in volume 1 and rear hinge in volume 3 cracked, some fraying along spines, exterior damage to the spine of volume 2, some foxing and discoloration, some rubbing and wear.
